I.I.L. Education Center A Government Recognised Center (AVI)
IIL complete 20 years with the humble beginning on 18 September 2000. It has come a long way and completed 20 years of sweat toil and determination.
It was launched with a vision to change the future of our country by modifying its pillars, the students. IIL started with a simple aim of providing quality education a long with practical knowledge to enable students to become self-dependent self-employed and job recruiters rather than job Seekers. IIL aims at teaching its students the tools to face the world with confidence,
Build a value-based structure and evolve into law abiding and Progressive citizens. IIL not only gives Wings to meritorious students but also ‘a push’ to weak students, drop outs and underprivileged to carve a niche for themselves in this competitive world.
I.I.L Education Center is to acknowledge that higher education has greater responsibilities to meet the needs of society both in India. I.I.L Education Center has taken a decade of pioneering hard work by the academic community to bring NIOS education under one roof. The institute has developed a system of education which lays more emphasis on learning than on mere instruction. The move to enroll and educate students with National Institute of Open Schooling is an extension of our Inclusive education programme. Those children who are not able to cope with the load of the regular curriculum in spite of the concessions provided by the board for candidates with special needs, are offered the option of completing their school education through the NIOS stream.
The NIOS examination is equivalent to 10th and 12th board examinations. As there is flexibility in the choice of subjects and a time period of 5 years to complete the course as a whole or in parts, many children of our school and others are able to complete their school education and move ahead.
In the past 20 years, around 10,000 students have successfully completed their 10th & 12th through our NIOS coaching program and we apply the vision to get more and more students to be able to get a chance and succeed in the open schooling scenario of NIOS. The NIOS section of the coaching runs with the help of a small team of our dedicated teachers and volunteers. They are indeed 'making a big difference' and strengthening the vision and mission of the founders of I.I.L Education Center.
Our mission at I.I.L Education Center is to prepare students with learning disabilities and failures who are not able to complete education because of a number of reasons, to learn from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) curriculum at class 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th, and function at their maximum discharge.
The mission of IIL is to offer world class education and to promote awareness and application towards raising the quality of life. It aims to provide education to create dynamic professionals of excellence to help meet India’s diverse multi profession needs. Ensuring the expansion in the number of quality professionals and faculty, through existing and new institutional mechanism
This can only be achieved by well equipped and experienced teachers who will use the available and most current, state of the art practices in educating the NIOS learners. We all are aware about how new NIOS Board is to the indian education system, so our mission also includes well organised and fully dynamic practices of getting students passed from NIOS. In achieving this objective it is recognized that these students display varying and distinctly different skills and areas of needed development that require a comprehensive approach to classroom instruction. Students classified as learning disabled typically exhibit a wide range of academic and social abilities and needs. And in response, teachers will use a wide variety of teaching and evaluation strategies in our classrooms to suit and meet those needs.
An overwhelming philosophy of our program is to pass on to our students in a manner that accepts and understands their worth as human beings, that respects and upgrades their dignity and status, and that reflects to society and other qualified professionals their positive attributes, learning potential, and individuality and that they also have the valour to compete like others in this competing world now of ours.
The aim of IIL is to inspire the young generation, the future of our country to acquire confidence and skill with education to lead our country.
IIL aims to remind its students that “ They are here to add what they can to life, not to get what they can from it”. IIL aims to infuse confidence hardwork and sincerity in each child and to see each problem “ as a chance for them to do their best”. It wants to ensure its students that those who face every problem with a positive frame of mind are bound to succeed.
IIL aims to guide all students to keep their abilities in readiness for every opportunity that comes their way it aims to provide a proper shaping and direction to the natural abilities of the students to enable them to rise above future and touch the sky.
The role of coaching institute in preparing a student for exams like AIEE and IIT is to identify their weak areas and help them to improve them. Also they should regularly take test and increase the spirit of competition among the students. The coaching institutes should provide efficient knowledge to the students to increase their confidence. For every student there is a kind of pressure from friends, family to get an admission in a top college in which ever field he or she chooses. It’s not an easy task to get admission in the desired college and to excel in that field. It takes a lot of effort to achieve your aim and become successful in life. For the students who want complete guidance and want a good rank in entrance or competitive exams, coaching institute is the best option. The prepare students for all kind of exams and give essential knowledge to prepare not only for the entrance exam but also for the interview.
As John Dryden aptly said- “ for they conquer who believe you can, you can”. IIIL aims to extract that inner self confidence of each student to aspire to be successful in life and to realize that FAIL IS JUST- “ FIRST ATTEMPT TO IMPROVE LIFE”.
